Shipping policy
1. 订单
所有订单在处理之前均需经过银行授权。只有经过授权的订单才会被处理。订单仅在工作日（周一至周五，不包括公共假期）进行处理。我们使用 Easy Parcel 作为我们的标准配送快递。大多数订单将在订单日期后的 3-7 个工作日（马来西亚西部）和 5-14 个工作日（马来西亚东部）内处理和交付。
2. 送货费用
每个订单的标准送货费用如下：
对于马来西亚西部，送货费用为 RM8.00
对于马来西亚东部，送货费用为 RM15.00
3. 送货覆盖区域
我们仅向马来西亚的地址进行配送。我们不送货至邮政信箱地址或进行国际运输。
4. 寄送失败
如果我们未能将包裹送达您提供的送货地址，我们将进行第二次（2nd）尝试。如果两次配送（第一次和第二次尝试）均失败，我们遗憾地通知您，您的包裹将被退回至 The Ori Theory 马来西亚，订单将被取消。
1. Orders
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use Easy Parcel as our standard delivery courier. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3 - 7 business days (West Malaysia) and 5 -14 business days (East Malaysia) from the order's date.
2. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:
- For West Malaysia, delivery charge is RM8.00
- For East Malaysia, delivery charge is RM15.00
3. Delivery Coverage Areas
We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.
4. Failed Delivery
If we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address you provided, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform that you that your package will be returned to The Ori Theory Malaysia and orders will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).
